Unlike many organizations, KYF embraces cultural diversity by ensuring our Ambassadors actively tailor programs to fit the unique needs of different communities. These youth leaders are more than just county representatives; they sit at the heart of decision-making as members of KYF’s National Governing Council (NGC), the highest decision making organ of the federation. Here, they contribute to shaping policies, programs, and initiatives that foster inclusive development across all regions.

Whether it’s putting the counties on check, equipping young entrepreneurs, championing sustainable development, or preserving culture, our Ambassadors are on the ground, ensuring KYF’s vision reaches every corner of Kenya.
