Joyce Ng’ang’a is a management, communication, and community development specialist with extensive experience in leadership, youth empowerment, and social impact initiatives. She holds an ABMA Diploma in Business Administration and multiple certifications in leadership, management, counseling, fire safety, hazardous material management, and infection control.
Her dedication to community service has earned her several recognition awards, including from Hamad Hospital in Doha, Qatar, for her contributions to the Annual Laboratory Day Event and Hall of Knowledge Exhibition, as well as a medal for excellence in event coordination during the Nairobi CBD Candle Lighting Ceremony.
Joyce is the Founder of Mwiki Youth Pamoja and Pamoja Women Empowerment and Co-Founder of Young Mom Network CBO, all aimed at uplifting youth and women through mentorship, capacity-building, and economic empowerment. She is also an active member of Charity Champion Foundation, supporting vulnerable groups across Kenya.
With international exposure and a deep understanding of youth challenges, Joyce is committed to driving positive change through Kenya Youth Federation (KYF), believing that empowered youth are the key to societal transformation.
