Elias Ndata Shikuku

Elias Ndata Shikuku is a University of Nairobi student, public speaker, emerging leader, and social media enthusiast with a strong interest in leadership, public affairs, social development, student welfare, communication, community engagement, and youth empowerment. He is passionate about creating positive change, empowering young people, advocating for better opportunities, and using digital platforms to communicate ideas and connect communities. Elias has been actively involved in student leadership, welfare initiatives, political movements, social media strategy, youth-oriented activities, campaign organization, development of organizational documents, communication coordination, and digital advocacy. His key areas of interest include youth leadership and empowerment, public speaking and communication, student welfare and advocacy, social and community development, political and public affairs, social media management, digital communication, event organization, entrepreneurship, and travel initiatives. He has been involved with the Fleet Democratic Movement (FDM) in student political and leadership activities, communication, and organizational development, as well as the University of Nairobi Needy Students Welfare Association (NSWA), where he has engaged in initiatives focused on student welfare and support for needy students. Through Elias Tours, he has also been involved in travel, adventure, and team-building initiatives that bring people together through recreational experiences. With strengths in leadership, public speaking, communication, teamwork, digital communication, organization, coordination, advocacy, creativity, and initiative, Elias aspires to become an influential leader and communicator who contributes meaningfully to society and inspires positive transformation.Elias Ndata Shikuku is a deputy communication expertee under Kenya Youth federation (KYF) .
